No matter the scope of the project our team strives to provide suitable and cost effective solution every time.        DCCP process manages   Our DCCP process manages the project from its inception to final product delivery. Here's how it works.   Design:     The Sales and Marketing team meet with the customer establishing the required criteria for the       product. They will then meet with the Design team to complete a feasibility study based upon       the gathered information and target costs.     The project is scoped and an acceptable project timeline is developed.     Design options are developed and presented to the customer for approval.     Once approved a Bill of Materials and all drawings are completed.         Cost:     The Purchasing Team complete the final costing of the project, providing Sales and Marketing       per unit cost plus any associated tooling costs.     Sales and Marketing quote the customer and confirm final details.         CNC Sample:     A representative sample is developed and sent to the customer for final approval.         Production:     Final approval is received. Engineering meet with the Production Team confirming product       features, details and production flow requirements.
