Design: |

The Sales and Marketing team meet with the customer establishing the required criteria for the |

product. They will then meet with the Design team to complete a feasibility study based upon |

the gathered information and target costs. |

The project is scoped and an acceptable project timeline is developed. |
| |

Design options are developed and presented to the customer for approval. |
| |

Once approved a Bill of Materials and all drawings are completed. |

The Purchasing Team complete the final costing of the project, providing Sales and Marketing |
| |
|
|
per unit cost plus any associated tooling costs. |
| |
|

Sales and Marketing quote the customer and confirm final details. |

CNC Sample: |

 |
A representative sample is developed and sent to the customer for final approval. |
| |
|
|
| |
 |
Production: |
| |
|
 |
Final approval is received. Engineering meet with the Production Team confirming product |
| |
|
|
features, details and production flow requirements. |
